Meeting Minutes
Opening Remarks – Meeting
called to order by Don Gordon. Minutes
from September meeting approved.

were approved. Motion by Steve Johann,
seconded by Jan Shore, motion carried.
Treasurer Report – Dave Lawler –
Copy of treasurer report distributed to those in attendance. Bingo report
distributed.
Old/Current Business:
Bingo- Bingo concessions is now run by
QB club. It is paying for itself at
this time. October is the month that
our Bingo license will be up for renewal.
Banquet- The committee has been meeting
every 2 weeks since Sept. 17. Planning
is underway. The date has been set for
Monday, November 13 at Berwick.
Check-in will be at 6:00 and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
Concessions at Cross Country Meet- Oct. 28 we work
concessions with boys volleyball. We
need approx. 15 people to work 8-12:00.
A sign-up sheet was distributed to those in attendance.
Annual Homecoming Bonfire- The
bonfire will be on October 12. The
pallets will be put out on Thursday a.m.
The athletic dept. is making arrangements with the fire dept. The weather forecast is calling for
rain. Those in attendance voted in
favor to have the bonfire rain or shine.
Team Meal- October 26 will be a team meal
before the last varsity game. It will
be served after practice at 5:00. Those
in attendance voted in favor of the meal being catered by DiVinci’s.
November Meeting- November
meeting will be held on Nov. 6th.
This is a change in the regular schedule (2nd Monday of each
month) due to the Banquet being held on Nov. 13. Important for parents to attend this meeting if they want to have
a say. It is time to nominate and elect officers. Current Officers who are choosing not to run for office are Don
Gordon, President & Christy Campbell, Secretary. Christy suggested that we need Volunteers Representatives next
year such as Volunteer Coordinator,
Booster Rep., Bingo Coordinator.
New Business:
Football Equip.-Some in
attendance were inquiring if QB Club can help purchase new helmets or special
padding for under shoulder pads. Don
Gordon said that all equipment is handled and purchased by the athletic
department and not by the QB Club.
Motion to adjourn by Phil Aprile, seconded by Vincent
Krivda, motion carried.
