TREASURER’S REPORT (Patti Williams)
Formal report next month, bank account is open. $20,000 from split of Booster’s Funds deposited. $6,000 more coming from split of concessions. $3155 deposited from membership dues. Baseball, basketball, cross country and golf have not turned in their treasurer’s reports- must do so now so Jerry Moore can finish his reports and funds can be split between two schools.

ATHLETIC DIRECTOR REPORT (Mark Aprile)
- Each sport can name their club whatever they want- do not have to keep the same club name.
- Building access not until (at least) August 4th. Letters sent out to athletes have some errors. Athletic meetings on August 4th will be at junior high NOT high school, as building will not be ready. Tennis courts will not be ready, they will have to play at Central until at least the end of August. Neither gym in either building is usable. Volleyball will hopefully have access to junior high gym. Football field is not playable. Practice fields are probably ready.
- Football scrimmage on August 12th with Delaware will probably be moved to Delaware.
- Three head coaches need to be hired: wrestling, baseball and boy’s tennis.
- Cross Country will run at Central this year.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE (Mark Uher and Vince Krivda)
- About $6000 in revenue presently
- Going to go to individual club’s meetings to push membership as well as to monthly coaches meeting; membership form also available online

PROGRAMS COMMITTEE (Hope Boren, Kay Dunson and Tammy Corriveau)
- $12,700 in program ad sales turned in today; $5,000- $6,000 more coming within next 10 days
- How should we sell programs? Please e-mail ideas
- Also e-mail ideas for filler pages
- Tribute to Trey Hunter

CONCESSIONS COMMITTEE EQUIPMENT (Bob Daniel)
- Equipment is sitting in a warehouse, need contract signed and OK to deliver
- Request architectural and mechanical punch list to see if concessions building is indeed complete; brought up the fact that building is wide open right now; also window does not face football field- trying to get a door donated to have view of playing field

CONCESSIONS COMMITTEE STAFFING (Mitch Wilson)
- Schedules handed out and explained; formatted in different versions- by date, by event and by club
- Band will probably only have a limited stand this year; need to talk about opening gate between sides
- Discussion whether we really need 22 people at Varsity football concessions; will start with 22 and adjust as needed
- GINA GEIST, concessions manager, is meeting to place order
- Discussed whether outside vendor can come in and sell Italian Ice; executive board will have to make policy regarding percentage of split Booster’s Club would receive
- Discussed whether events like Lady Tiger Holiday Classic would be run by Booster’s Club, Lady Tigers, etc., and who would get proceeds; it has always been a Booster’s Club sponsored activity
